PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator of an optical disk drive capable of satisfactorily correcting the tilt of a photoirradiation angle without inviting upsizing. SOLUTION: In this actuator, two tilt correction coils 36 give mutually reverse force to two tilt correction magnets 35 provided, holding the rotation center of a lens holder 32 so as to twist the lens holder 32 in a tilt direction. This can rotate the lens holder 32 holding the tilt correction holders 35 in a tilt direction and incline the optical axis of an objective lens 31 to adjust the photoirradiation angle. In addition, device upsizing can be avoided because the tilt correction coils 36 and the magnets 35 are arranged in a gap between a fixed holder 22 of an elastic spring material 21 holding the lens holder 32 and the lens holder 32.
