WOBBLE DEMODULATING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a wobble demodulating device which reproduces stably and at high speed address information from a wobble signal modulated by PSK-modulation/FSK-modulation. SOLUTION: A stable and accurate address can be reproduced by determining lock states of frequencies and phases of a carrier signal and a wobble signal and performing PSK-modulation/FSK-modulation in accordance with lock states. Also, a time required for address reproduction can be shortened by controlling operation of a wobble PLL in accordance with a lock state and making take-in stable and high speed.
