SOLUTION: This disk type brush 4 is so formed that, while a plurality of brush bristle materials 1 bound at one end are axially energized to form a through-hole 4b in the center of a bundle B, the plurality of brush bristle materials are approximately perpendicularly bent and radially disposed, and the circumferential edge of the through-hole 4b of the plurality of brush bristle material is fixed.
