PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled toy in which a proper identification code is set to both of wireless device and a driving device without requesting special operation to a user for the selection of the identification code. SOLUTION: The remote-controlled toy 1 comprises the wireless device 2 and the driving device 3 which is remote-controlled based on a control signal from the radio equipment 2. The wireless device 2 detects the transmitting situation of the control signal from another wireless device 2, and selects one unused identification code based on the detection result. In addition, the wireless device 2 generates a code information signal for instructing setting of the selected identification code to the driving device 3, and transmits the generated code information signal. The driving device 3 receives the code information signal, discriminates the selected identification code based on the received code information signal, and sets the discriminated identification code as its own identification code.
