A method and apparatus for the extraction and isolation of genetic molecules such as DNA, RNA, mRNA, rRNA or tRNA from an animal for use in the analysis of genetic expression is provided. The present method and apparatus of the subject invention are particularly useful in high throughput, automated analysis of genetic molecular levels and function. |
