PURPOSE: Provided is a filter assembly having ascorbic acid which has both deodorization function and anti-oxidation function. CONSTITUTION: The filter assembly has a filtering plate (10) prepared by coating an activated carbon (13) and an ascorbic acid (12) on the surface of urethane foam (11), one or a pair of main body (22, 23) where many perforated holes (21) are formed on the outer circumference and the filtering plate is inserted, wherein the filtering plate removes smell by the activated carbon and prevents oxidation by controlling activated oxygen with the ascorbic acid.
