PURPOSE: A portable cooling device using a thermoelectric module provided is to remove troubles such as a water leak when use, by transferring a cooling heat of the thermoelectric module through the water contained in a sealed resin bag to maximize the effect of heat transfer; and to maximize an area in contact with a container. CONSTITUTION: The portable cooling device using a thermoelectric module comprises a thermoelectric module(10); a resin bag(20) for storing water, processed for preventing a water leak; a case(40) mounted with a metal rod(50) for transferring heat though the water inside of the resin bag(20), the case and the metal rod being processed for preventing the water leak; an air bag(30) for insulation for preventing heat loss; a pin(60) and a fan(70) for emitting the heat generated in the thermoelectric module(10); a switch(130) for switching polarity of the direct current power source; and a portable bag(140) with a unit for controlling the size of an opening of container.
