APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DATA CALL OF PRIVATE CDMA 1X EV-DO, CONCERNED WITH PERMITTING ACCESS TO PRIVATE WIRELESS CDMA 1X EV-DO NETWORK BUT BLOCKING UP ACCESS TO PUBLIC WIRELESS CDMA 1X EV-DO NETWORK

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for processing a data call of a private wireless cdma 1x EV-DO network are provided to prevent information from being leaked through the Internet by making an EV-DO terminal maintain only a private network session, not a public network session, on the premises. CONSTITUTION: When an AT(Access Terminal)(210) enters a private EV-DO wireless network, the AT(210) transmits a UATI(Unicast Access Terminal Identifier) request message including an existing UATI value that has been allocated in a public EV-DO wireless network to a router(225) through an ANTS(Access Network Transceiver System)(220)(S101). The router(225) routes the UATI request message to a pANC(private Access Network Control)(230) and the pANC(230) transmits it to a pDLR(private Data Location Register)(240)(S102). If the UATI value is not a UATI value that the pDLR(240) allocated, the pDLR(240) transmits a UATI response message including unknown UATI information to the pANC(230)(S103). The pANC(230) closes the session that is generated in the public EV-DO wireless network with the AT(210)(S104). The AT(210) transmits a UATI request message including a random UATI value to the pDLR(240)(S105). The pDLR(240) allocates a new UATI and sets a private EV-DO wireless network session with the AT(210) and stores it in its database(S106). When the AT is successfully authenticated, a pAN_AAA(private Access Network Authentication Accounting Authorization)(260) provides MN(Mobile Node) ID information of the AT(210) to the pDLR(240) and the pDLR(240) stores the MN ID information in a database(S107).
