PURPOSE: Provided are a device for cleaning NO2 visible gas from stationary sources and a method therefor which convert the NO2 into NO or nitrogen by spraying a reducing agent and an oxidizing agent to a moving path of exhaust gas containing the NO2. CONSTITUTION: The device removing NO2 from exhaust gas generated from a combustion process of stationary sources comprises a pipe (2) providing a path for movement to the exhaust gas, at least one nozzle (4) spraying air, a reducing agent and an oxidizing agent to the exhaust gas flowing in the pipe, a storage tank (6) storing the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent sprayed from the nozzle, an injection pump (8) installed between the storage tank and the nozzle and transferring the reducing agent and the oxidizing agent stored in the storage tank and an air pump (10) connected to the nozzle and supplying air.
