<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying device realizing a developing device which uses toner whose softening point is lowered and whose number of the kinds of pigments is increased and stably performs development over a long term without necessitating the difficult component adjustment of the toner or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The toner electrifying part of the developing device is provided with an ultraviolet ray irradiating unit 16 and an electron induction part 15 to emit electron by being irradiated with light by the ultraviolet ray irradiating unit 16, and also an attraction electrode 30 which electrically attracts the toner having reverse polarity and also does not hinder the movement of the electron emitted from the electron induction part 15 to a developing roller 13 is provided between the electron induction part 15 and the developing roller 13 carrying the toner on a surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
