<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged content registration situation management method capable of prevent generation of a wasteful charge by facilitating updating or cancellation of a charged Web content. <P>SOLUTION: A charged content management function 107 manages the name, URL, updating date or the like of a registered contents in association with each other. When the updating date of a certain contents comes, the present date is acquired, data of the updating date of the registered contents are retrieved to determine whether or not the present date is matched with the updating date of the contents. When the matching is determined, the updating date of the contents is reported to a user. At that time, since the access frequency to the contents is also reported to the user, the user can determine the necessity of the contents based on the frequency.
