PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management support system and program for properly supporting the health management of a group in a workplace, an educational institute, or the like.

SOLUTION: This health management support system comprises a diagnostic result input part 1 for inputting health examination result data; a high risk group selection part 2 for selecting persons belonging to a high risk group as detailed examination objects based on the diagnostic result data; a special management object selection part 4 for selecting persons requiring a special management of detailed examination objects as special management objects based on the detailed examination result of the detailed examination objects; and a special treatment object selection part 5 for selecting persons still belonging to a high risk group of special management objects as special treatment objects based on the health re-examination result data of the special management objects.
