<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a dental appliance containing a fluorescent agent. <P>SOLUTION: An bonding agent is applied to the surface of a dental appliance containing a visually-identifiable fluorescent agent to form its treatment surface, to which a backing material is then attached. The external surface is formed by molding a low ball tack polymerizable material.
