<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the heat of an air conditioner discharged outdoors before for a heat exchanger in a hot-water supply tank. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner with hot-water supply function, a refrigerant circuit is formed by connecting, in order, a compressor, a condenser, an expansion means, namely a capillary tube or an electromagnetic expansion valve, and an evaporator through refrigerant tubes. The evaporator and an indoor blower are disposed indoors, and the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve, an outdoor blower, and the hot-water supply tank outdoors. The refrigerant tube between the compressor and the condenser heat hot water in the hot-water supply tank.
