PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control circuit that can prevent the generation of heat when unloaded.
SOLUTION: When an initial parameter is not yet measured (S102: Yes), a brushless motor 40 is normally rotated in an unloaded state (S104), a phase difference between a drive voltage and a Hall sensor signal is read in terms of data (S106), and an offset value larger than the measured phase difference is set (S108). Since the offset value is set based on the measured phase difference, in normal control (S10), an exciting voltage in a loaded state is not caused to be applied to a coil in the unloaded state, thus preventing the generation of heat.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
