PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal influence from a high thermal part group such as a supercharger or the like against a part group such as an intercooler with temperature raising to be suppressed. SOLUTION: The traveling device is constituted such that a flow passage STa is formed along a right side part of an upper half part of an engine room 30 at an area from an air taking-in port HR1 at a right side of a front part of an engine hood 29 to an exhaust port at a right side of a rear side and a flow passage STb is formed along a left side part of the room 30 at an area from the air taking-in ports HL1, HL2 at a left side of the front part of the hood 29 to an exhaust port EXL at a left side of the rear part. The supercharger 45, a clutch mechanism part 38 and an exhaust muffler 50, i.e., a main high thermal part group becoming a thermal source are arranged at a left side (a left half part of the room 30) against a center CL in a vehicle body width direction. Whereas an air cleaner box 43, the intercooler 47 and a battery 51, i.e., a part group hating the high heat are arranged at a right side (a right half part of the room 30) against the center CL in the vehicle body width direction.
