PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication apparatus whereby a transmission destination can recognize a series of divided electronic mail items as a series of electronic mail and that can furthermore instruct a processing method in response to a reception state at the transmission destination to the transmission destination. SOLUTION: The information communication apparatus is provided with: a related information providing means for providing related information denoting a fact of a series of electronic mail to divided and shaped electronic mail items; and an instruction information providing means or the like for providing instruction information to the electronic mail, the instruction information instructing a processing method when all of a series of the electronic mail items are arranged in the transmission destination or a processing means when not arranged. A control section 10 executes various functions in compliance with a computer program stored in a ROM 18 and acts like the related information providing means and the instruction information providing means or the like in cooperation with each section or singly.
