PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat production system capable of preventing an improper meat product from being produced from a portion of the meat of a certain part. SOLUTION: A worker for producing the meat product from the portion of the meat inputs a part code of the portion of meat and a product code of the meat product to be produced to a device 200 with measured values. When an inspection part 102 of a management server 10 receives a request of product information from the device 200 with the measured values, it checks whether or not the part code and the product code are correlated in a data base 141 and registered. As a result, when the part code is correlated with the product code, a product information granting part 103 distributes the product information on the meat product which is registered with a product master table 146 to the device 200 with the measured values. On the contrary, when the two codes are not correlated, an instruction to issue an alarm is given to the device 200 with the measured values by the alarm issuing part 101.
