PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting tool for a 4-leg block capable of lifting the block while it is held horizontally stably through a simple procedure. SOLUTION: The lifting tool is to lift the 4-leg block 50 having one leg facing up and the other three legs facing down aslant, in which each frame portion 11 of a frame-form body 10 confronting the forefront face 52a of each protruding leg in the condition that the outside of the three protruding legs 52 facing down aslant is surrounded with the frame-form body 10 is furnished with a pressure supporting member 20 capable of rotatable from over the frame portion 11 toward the inside centering on the axis approximately parallel with the forefront face 52a, and the block is lifted in such an arrangement that the inner side face 20a of the pressure supporting member is abutted to the forefront face 52a of the protruding leg for generating engagement by lifting the frame-form body 10 in the condition that the pressure supporting member is put in contact alongside the inside of the frame portion 11.
