PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing delamination of a phosphor layer during hot holding of a radiographic device. SOLUTION: A plastic base material A, an electromagnetic shield layer 1, a plastic base material B, the phosphor layer 3, an adhesion layer 10, a photoelectric conversion sensor part 9, and a glass substrate 4, are layered in order. The base materials A and B are structured of drawn plastic material. The base materials A and B are layered with their drawing directions shifted from each other about 90°in phase. This structure distributes stress set up due to a difference between the quantity of thermal expansion of the base material A or B and that of the glass substrate 4, and the delamination of the phosphor can be prevented even if this device is left in a high temperature state.
