PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined regeneration cooling and heating system capable of improving heat exchange efficiency based on heat exchange between a high temperature refrigerant flowing in an expansion unit and a low temperature refrigerant flowing outside by installing a heat exchanger for heat-exchanging the high temperature refrigerant discharged from an indoor unit with the low temperature refrigerant discharged from an outdoor unit in heating, and the expansion unit for expanding the refrigerant which passed the heat exchanger, together inside a heat exchange part. SOLUTION: This combined regeneration cooling and heating system comprises a compression part 10 compressing the refrigerant at high temperature and high pressure; the indoor unit 20 cooling indoor air by heat-exchanging the inflow low temperature refrigerant with the indoor air in cooling while heating the indoor air by heat-exchanging the inflow refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure with the indoor air in heating; the outdoor unit 30 discharging heat into the atmosphere by heat-exchanging the inflow refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure with outside air in cooling while heating the refrigerant by heat-exchanging the flowing-in refrigerant with the outside air in heating; and the heat exchange part 40 equipped with the heat exchanger 42 heat-exchanging the high temperature refrigerant discharged from the indoor unit to flow therein, with the refrigerant flowing in from the outdoor unit, and the expansion unit 50 receiving the refrigerant from the heat exchanger and expanding it to be cooled.
