PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and instrument for inspection of fluid-supply part by which time for inspection can be shortened in measurement of the flow-rate of the fluid-supply part involving delivery action as a subject of being tested. SOLUTION: In the method for inspection of a fluid-supply part, a flow-rate of fluid discharged from the fluid-supplying part 9 as a subject of being tested is measured by a flow sensor 2 as a flow rate-measuring means. Prior to the delivery action of the fluid-supplying part 9 for delivering the fluid from the part 9, the fluid is allowed to flow to the sensor 2 by an external force-feed pump 70 to allow the part 9 to act for discharge of the fluid. In this case, the fluid-flow from the pump 70 to the sensor 2 is cut off. It is desirable that the difference between a standard flow-rate Q2 delivered from the pump 70 and an output flow-rate Q1 delivered from the fluid-supply part 9 is within a range of a specified flow-rate difference.
