PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure for inspecting discharge flow rate of a fuel feeding part and to provide an inspection method and device for a discharge flow rate corresponding to the structure. SOLUTION: In the method for inspecting a flow rate of fluid as an inspection body discharged from a fluid feeding part 9, a reference circuit 1b is formed, through which fluid of a reference flow rate on the basis of a predetermined reference fluid pressure flows, and at least one measurement circuit 1a is formed, through which fluid from the fluid feeding part 9 flows. The measurement circuit 1a is adjusted to generate reference fluid pressure when fluid of the reference flow rate flows, before discharge operation of the fluid feeding part 9 to discharge fluid therefrom, and when discharge operation of the fluid feeding part 9 is performed, the measurement circuit 1a measures the pressure difference between fluid flowing inside the measurement circuit 1a and the fluid flowing inside the reference circuit 1b. A proofreading circuit 60 is preferably provided for connecting and separating the flow inside the reference circuit 1b and the flow inside the measurement circuit 1a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
