PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which is capable of interposing a film or the like working as a curtain or blind between double glass thereby preventing an exposure to the outside and sticking of dust to them and also permitting its use also as a black curtain by using a film having a high percentage of shading by taking a width of the film up to the window frame beyond the opening of glass. SOLUTION: A double glass window frame is used for an opening of a building, a gap of about 5 mm is made for two sheets of glass plates 3; a selection of a proper width of gap depending on the material and thickness of the film 1 to be imposed is desired; a cylindrical film winding devices 2 is installed to the top or right and left portion of the frame, and the film surface is slid to up and down or the left to the right while winding the film 1 or the like. Also, film 1 or the like can be colored or light shielding effect, ultra violet preventing effect, heat ray preventing effect or a design effect can be given as same as existing curtain or blind by using cloth, a synthetic resin or chemical fibers overlapped together can be provided in the configuration.
