PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a motor capable of full cooling. SOLUTION: In this cooling structure of a motor generator 9 for cooling the heat of the motor generator 9 by removing the heat with oil 22, an oil reservoir 28 for storing oil 22, which is brought into direct contact with the motor generator 9, is formed downward in the perpendicular direction of the motor generator 9 and an oil cooler 38 for cooling oil 22 stored in the oil storage portion 28.
