PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient data communication between a mobile terminal and a communication network. SOLUTION: An information communication system is provided with: the mobile terminal 10, a plurality of relay stations AP; a communication management station 5; and the communication network 7. Each relay station has a communication available area SA. Upon the receipt of a data request signal from the mobile terminal, the relay station transfers the request signal to the communication management station. The communication management station acquires data requested from the communication network. The communication management station particularizes a communication available area through which a mobile body 1 is going to pass from now on the basis of mobile path data and position data of the mobile body 1. The communication management station transmits the data to the relay station corresponding to the communication available area before the mobile body reaches the particularized communication available area.
