PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject the hydraulic oil free from the mixed air, to a casing while minimizing the man-hour for processing the casing of a hydraulic coupling device H. SOLUTION: The hydraulic oil is injected into the casing through a through hole 35a of a rotor shaft R from an injection plug 85 of a hydraulic oil injection jig J2 mounted on a shaft end of the rotor shaft 35R projecting from the casing, while applying a vacuum by connecting a first suction plug 71 mounted on the casing of the hydraulic coupling device H to a vacuum pump 72. Whereby not only the hydraulic oil can be quickly injected without allowing the air to remain in the casing, but also the man-hour for processing the casing can be reduced by dispensing with a hydraulic oil injection port exclusively formed on the casing by injecting the hydraulic oil from the through hole 35a of the rotor shaft 35R.
