PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer for an organism such as a timber or the like capable of drying the organism such as the timber or the like without giving a damage in a short time by employing a low drying temperature, excellent in energy saving with requiring small power consumption, reduced in warp, crack, shrinkage, bend or the like especially in a case of drying the timber, giving a gloss on the surface of the timber after dried allowing the timber to retain a good smell to form a high commercial value and enabling collection and effective utilization of moisture or the like contained in the timber without waste as a byproduct. SOLUTION: The dryer comprises a drying room, a dehumidifier arranged at the rear wall side of the drying room, an outdoor compressor communicating with the dehumidifier, an outdoor vacuum pump communicating with the drying room, a rectifying core with a plurality of holes drilled to form a wind passage, a circulating fan arranged on the inside wall of the drying room, a carriage for loading a dried material, a guide part for the carriage arranged at a floor of the drying room, an intake pipe communicating to the dehumidifier for collecting a water extracted from the dried material, each of sensors for measuring a temperature, a humidity, a pressure in the drying room, a mass of the dried material loaded on the carriage and an amount of the water collected.
