PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change simply the direction of the axis of an arm supporting hole in an arm holder. SOLUTION: In the arm holder 10, a first arm supporting hole 11 is formed with the fastening recess 31 of a split cap 30 and the first supporting recess 21 of the holder body 20 together. An additional block 40 can be attached to or detached from the holder body 20 from which the split cap 30 is detached. The split cap 30 can be attached to the additional block 40 so as to choke up the opening of the second supporting recess 41 of the additional block 40. A second arm supporting hole 12 is formed with the fastening recess 31 of the split cap 30 and the second supporting recess 41 so that the direction of the axis of the second arm supporting hole 12 is set to be different from the direction of the axis of the first arm supporting hole 11.
