A snow remover (10) has a snow-removing portion (11) provided in front of a machine body frame (15) and a track-type travel device (13) provided under the machine body frame (15). The travel device (13) is constituted of drive sprockets (25), follower sprockets (26), and track belts (31) each wound on sprockets (25, 26). Between a drive sprocket (25) and a follower sprocket (26) is provided a rolling wheel (27) pressing a track belt (31) toward the ground. Switching can be made to set any one of the following portions as a ground contact surface: portion between the drive sprocket (25) and the follower sprocket (26), portion between the drive sprocket (25) and the rolling wheel (27), or portion between the follower sprocket (26) and the rolling wheel (27).
