PURPOSE: A cup noodles container having a heat release function and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow a user to take hold of the cup noodles container and to conveniently move by blocking the heat transfer from the hot water thereinside or by discharging the heat to the outside. CONSTITUTION: The cup noodles container includes: a side member(110), used as a body configuring the container, and covering the outer side; a heat insulation member(120), covering the outer side of the side member(110), and guiding the internal heat to insulate the latter and discharge it to the outside; and a bottom supporting member(116), arranged in the lower side of the side member(110) and supporting the latter(110). The side member(110) is formed as a curved or elliptical shape.
