摘要 PURPOSE: A method for selecting a cell line using modified competitive direct ELISA, a hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody against ochratoxin A, obtained thereby, a monoclonal antibody and a method for detecting ochratoxin A using the same antibody are provided, thereby rapidly and easily detecting ochratoxin A which is fungal toxin. CONSTITUTION: The method for selecting a cell line using modified competitive direct ELISA comprises the steps of: coating an antibody fixing solution which is capable of binding with a specific antibody secreted from a cell to be selected on a microtiter plate; adding the supernatant of the cultured medium of the cell to be selected to the microtiter plate; adding a detection target material containing an antigen and a conjugate of the detection target material and chromogenic enzyme into the microtiter plate; and measuring the chromogenic reaction, wherein the detection target material is ochratoxin A; the antibody fixing solution contains a material selected from protein A, protein G, protein A/G and anti-mouse immunoglobulin; the chromogenic enzyme is HRP(horse radish peroxidase) or ALP(alkaline phosphatase). The hybridoma CYJOTA-C7G25(KCLRF-BP-00077) produces the monoclonal antibody against ochratoxin A.
