PURPOSE: A feeding apparatus of exposer is provided to align a tape substrate at correct work place, to diminish friction and to easily adjust the width of a transfer member depending on the size of the product. CONSTITUTION: The feeding apparatus includes a chamber(110), a first and a second stage(111,112), and a transfer member(130) for transferring a tape substrate. The first and second stage(111,112) are disposed at one side of the chamber(110) to be opposed to each other and are installed to be movable to the width direction. The transfer member(130) is installed at one side of the first and second stage(111,112) and comprises an upper and lower roller installed at one side of the first and second stage(111,112) to be rotatable to hold both sides of the tape substrate and a transfer motor(132) fixed to one lateral side of the chamber and connected to a driving shaft(134) to drive any one of the upper and lower roller.
