PURPOSE: A PBX(Private Branch eXchange) service method supporting a user scenario is provided to allow a user to have a user-only automatic response system by connecting to an Internet service site, creating a desired scenario and providing it to the other party. CONSTITUTION: A user is connected to a PBX server by using a computer terminal(301). When the user logs in, the PBX server provides a creating tool screen to allow the user to edit a scenario(302). The user records the scenario by using various functions, that is, the user can upload a file in a voice edition or directly record the scenario(303-305). The PBX server stores the uploaded data and the recorded data in a folder of the user(306). The user is informed a scenario creating result, and then, when the operation is finished, the user logs out(307,308).
