Cleaning utensil comprised of a tubular handle (1) with a deformable bulb (2) mounted on one of its ends, while on the opposite end is mounted a head (4) with bristles (5). The bulb (2) has an orifice (3) in its wall and is separated from the handle by a partition (7) provided with a communication orifice (8).
