PURPOSE: A real-time account system for electronic banking using the wire/wireless communication is provided to realize smooth cash-flow of customers by depositing cash to a member shop simultaneously with settlement, diversify markets of a card company by maximizing a card use portion, and plan smooth flow and stable profit of a banking market by inducing deposit/loan customers stably. CONSTITUTION: A member shop(10) requests card certification to a VAN(Value Added Network) company(20) through a card holder and a terminal. The VAN company transmits certification data of the card company(30) to the real-time account system(40) in real-time. A risk for the transmitted certification data is analyzed/determined by an RMS(Risk Management System,50) and the determined information is transmitted to a capital company. After approval and real-time account for the certification data, the corresponding information is informed to the member shop.
