PURPOSE: A vehicle control device is provided to receive driver's operating force in steering, accelerating and decelerating from one operating part, to transmit driver's operating will to actuators for steering, acceleration and deceleration by electric signals, and to transmit reaction force from wheels to a driver. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle control device comprises a fixed bracket(1) fixed to a vehicle body; a cylinder(3) fixed to the fixed bracket; a motor(5) mounted in the cylinder, to produce rotational force; a steering encoder(7) detecting the rotated angle of a rotating shaft of the motor; a stick cover(9) the center of which is connected to the rotating shaft of the motor; a stick(13) the upper side of which is rotatably combined to the upper side of the stick cover by a pivoting shaft(11) perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the motor; and an accelerating/decelerating encoder(15) detecting the pivoting angle of the pivoting shaft.
