SYSTEM FOR REMOTELY CONTROLLING AND MANAGING COMPUTING RESOURCES THROUGH REAL TIME MONITORING, SYSTEM RECOVERY, DATA BACK-UP, AND SYSTEM FAILURE MANAGEMENT

PURPOSE: A system for managing remote control of computing resources is provided to correctly check/recover an error part of the system after forcibly booting the system through a self-diagnosis card equipped with a self-OS(Operating System) even if the computing resource is not booted, while performing management and corresponding control in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A main server(100) manages management target PCs(101-103) through a management program, performs backup of the PC data, distributes application programs to the PCs, diagnoses the PC by remotely controlling the self-diagnosis card(10) installed to the PCs, and remotely processes a booting failure, or a hardware or software error of the PCs. A database(200) stores backup data of the PCs and the application software by connecting to the main server. The PC is equipped with the self-diagnosis card including a boot ROM storing a booting BIOS(Basic Input/Output System) file/image by placing between a PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) controller and a communication controller, and checks the error of the system under control of the main server.
