<p>Each phase is connected to first and second series rectifier circuits (36, 38). Cathodes and anodes of clamping diode sets (50, 52) are connected between anodes and cathodes, and between cathodes and anodes, of the first and second rectifier circuits respectively. First clamping diode anodes of each phase are connected to corresponding cathodes of the second clamping diodes, with corresponding phases and orders joined to center point connections between capacitors (32) of corresponding, and the next-higher order.
