PURPOSE: A channel synchronization device of a time-division duplex mobile terminal is provided to prevent a transmission channel time slot from intruding to a receiving channel time slot by selectively forming a loop for transmitter synchronization between a transmitter and a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A synchronization pattern generator(120) generates a synchronization pattern according to selection of a digital baseband modem(110). A synchronization switch unit forms an internal loop between transmission and reception processors by being selectively turned on by the digital baseband modem(110) according to generation of the synchronization pattern. A synchronization pattern analyzer(130) analyzes the synchronization pattern received by a receiver through the path formed by the synchronization switch unit, determines whether transmission and reception synchronization is accurately made, and provides a corresponding result to the digital baseband modem(110).
