PURPOSE: A fishing-rod support system for rubber boat is provided to rapidly move the fishing position without removing the fishing rods on each support, and to improve the safety, practicality, and convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: The fishing-rod support system includes: a fixing support(100), having many fixing projections in its upper front; many holes, arranged on each fixing projection; many fishing-rod holders, connected with the holes; a rubber plate for hanging the fishing rod, which is attached to the whole of the fixing projections; a fixing member, fixing the fixing support(100) on the rubber boat(90); a movable support(200), having a pair of auxiliary supports on it both sides; a pair of one-directional gears(140), fitted to the grooves on both sides of the connection between the fixing projection and the fixing support(100); and a connecting device, rotating around the one-directional gears(140).
