PURPOSE: A device for supplying a company portal service is provided to access data which are distributed over different systems in any time easily and rapidly in a company, collect, inquiry, and share various kinds of information effectively for supplying a company portal solution capable of being applied to itself. CONSTITUTION: An index DB(11) memorizes a keyword with respect to data being stored. The first data DB(12) stores unstructured data out of various information being used in a company. The second data DB(13) stores structured data out of various information being used in the company. If a user defines a physical table and defines a value in each table, a classified module(14) performs an automatic coding, classifies data in the DBs(12,13), and supplies a directory service. A search module(15) supplies a search service with respect to the unstructured data through an integrated search module. An integrated module(16) supplies a service for analyzing and processing numeral data out of data stored in the DBs(12,13) and obtaining various analysis information. A meeting managing module(17) supplies a service for supporting and managing a social meeting and an association of like-minded persons of staffs in the company. An information sharing module(18) shares corresponding information by considering an interactive interlocking characteristic of data in a schedule management, a business diary, an electronic payment, an E-mail, and an electronic notice board. A personal setting module(19) displays only desired information. An informing module(20) informs urgent information and interesting information related to the user through a push engine in an E-mail, etc. A single connection module(21) makes the user be connected to the services by checking an ID and password.
