Device for sterilizing objects

Disclosed is a device for sterilizing objects by means of a low-pressure plasma. Said device comprises a chamber receiving the objects, which can be evacuated and is connected to an inlet for gas that is to be ionized. Said device also comprises a high-frequency transmitter installation that is provided with an antenna system for inductively feeding an AC plasma into the chamber. The inventive antenna system is provided with two feeding coils which are positioned at a distance from each other.
