PURPOSE: A meat roaster is provided to roast meat with uniform heating power by capable of controlling the height of a lower grill. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster is composed of a main body(1), an air screen(7) having a plurality of air vents(6), and upper and lower grills(11.12). A plurality of uneven surfaces(2) are formed at the bottom of the main body. A plurality of support pieces(4) are formed on the inner surfaces of both side walls of the main body at regular intervals. A screw coupling part(5) is formed at the inner surface of one side of the main body. The air screen is coupled to the screw coupling part of the main body by a screw(8). The upper grill is placed on the upper support pieces. A plurality of crossbars(10) are closely formed at the upper grill. The lower grill is placed on the lower support pieces. A plurality of crossbars(10) are thinly formed at the lower grill.
