PURPOSE: A halogen heater combined with a fan is provided to remove inconvenience and to improve emission of heat, by mounting a heating body containing a vane-driving gear for the fan to a body and simply installing a semi-spherical reflecting plate. CONSTITUTION: In a halogen heater combined with a fan, a rear protective net(3), a reflecting plate(4), a heating body(5), a rotating fan(2), and a front protective net(1) are successively fitted and combined around a rotating shaft(6) projected from a motor case(7) arranged to the upper end of a body of the fan. About 16 divided pieces are connected to form the reflecting plate. The reflecting plate is folded and fixed to the ends of the reflecting plate when the halogen heater is used as a fan.
