PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for discharging sludge cakes which is able to discharge the sludge cakes without spraying water from a storage hopper and without a worker. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a storage hopper (10) consisting of a main body (14), where a roller is installed on the inside, an upper plate (16) installed on the upper part of the main body and having a sludge cake inlet (20) and a gate (18) installed on the lower part of the main body to be open and closed, a dehydrating means installed on the inner part of the main body to dehydrate the input sludge cake through the inlet, a heating means consisting of an electrode rode (50) fixed on the upper plate and a stirring blade installed on the outer circumference side of the electrode rod, a discharging means installed on the downward of the dehydrating means to discharge the dried sludge cake by the dehydrating means and the heating means.
