摘要 PURPOSE: A nozzle heater for an injection molding machine and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to precisely control the temperature of a nozzle by uniformly transferring heat to the nozzle, and improve freedom of design by reducing the thickness of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle heater for an injection molding machine is installed at the outer circumference of a nozzle, and is composed of a first insulating layer(11) made of insulating ceramic and uniformly formed on the outer surface of the nozzle, a conduction layer(12), a heating pattern formed on the conduction layer, a terminal electrically connected to the heating pattern and receiving an outer electric power source, and a second insulating layer(13). The conduction layer is formed uniformly on the outer surface of the first insulating layer, and is made of conductible ceramic containing metal. The heating pattern receives electric power through the terminal, and heats the nozzle. The second insulating layer is formed uniformly on the outer surface of the conduction layer and is made of insulating ceramic.
