PURPOSE: A foot-polishing blade body and a foot-polishing equipment using it are provided to remove much horny substances at once without any trouble related to the direction by using many horny substance removing blades of a circular arc form, and to scrub them two or three times by forming more than at least two rows of the blades. CONSTITUTION: The foot-polishing equipment includes: a foot-polishing body(10), having a disk shape, a fixing hole in its center, and a grip within; a foot-polishing blade body, having a disk shape and a fixing hole in its center; and horny substance removing blades(36) of a circular arc shape. Many long holes(40) for collecting the horny substances, are punched on the foot-polishing blade body and adjacent to each blade(36) correspondingly thereto, so that the collected horny substances are moved into the space of the foot-polishing equipment. The foot-polishing blade body is seated on the bottom of the foot-polishing body(10), and then a fixing button(60) is removably assembled with the fixing hole of the body(10) via the blade body.
