<p>The cable branching clamp has a two part housing (3a,3b) for receiving at least one contact element (4a,b,c,d). Each contact element has clamps (5) for receiving ends of the branched conductors and ahs contact teeth (6). Each housing part has a profiled inner chamber matched to the outer surface profile of the contact elements to fittingly receive the contact elements. Each housing part has guides (10,11) associated with the other housing part for precisely connecting the two housing parts. A two part washer housing receives the housing parts and surrounds given end sections of the power cable and the branched cable.</p> |
