摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A radiographic device is provided to isolate the noise elements generated in a direction conversion typed two-dimensional array radiation detecting unit and to improve the S/N(Signal to Noise) ratio of a radiographic device. CONSTITUTION: A radiographic device includes a radiation detecting unit which is composed of an active matrix substrate(6), a radiation sensing semiconductor(7), and a voltage application electrode(8). The active matrix substrate is composed of a charge-storage capacitor, a charge-reading thin film transistor switching element, and a pixel electrode for each unit cell having signal lines and scanning lines placed in the shape of a lattice on such an insulating substrate as a glass substrate. The radiation sensing semiconductor is made of amorphous selenium to generate charges when radiant rays are incident and formed on the active matrix substrate.</p>
